Professional maintenance is also a smart investment in the life of your concrete. Addressing minor concerns early can help prevent them from becoming more expensive repairs later. Depending on the location, weather exposure, traffic, and type of finish, decorative concrete should generally be inspected regularly and resealed as needed. Proper maintenance preserves the beauty of your borders, patios, walkways, driveways, and other decorative concrete surfaces for years to come.

Decorative concrete is built to last, but routine maintenance is essential to protect its color, finish, and overall appearance. Exposure to sunlight, rain, moisture, dirt, mold, and everyday wear can gradually dull the surface and weaken the protective sealer. Regular cleaning and resealing help prevent fading, staining, moisture penetration, and premature surface damage while keeping your decorative concrete looking fresh and vibrant.
Plan includes minor scrapes and small repairs, mold dirt removal, added color and fresh coat of protectant sealer.
Terms
Maintenance Plan Pricing: Effective October 1 of each year, the Curb Care Plan renews at $350 for up to 200 linear feet. Properties exceeding 200 linear feet will be billed $175 for each additional 100 linear feet.
The Curb Care Plan does not cover:
Chipping or deep cracks, Damage caused by lawn mowers, string trimmers, heavy equipment, vehicles, or blunt-force impact, Tree root movement or ground settlement and other natural disasters. Damage caused by chemicals, de-icing salts, or improper maintenance and Repairs to concrete not installed by A Modern Curb Appeal.
Customers may cancel at any time before their next scheduled service. Fees already paid are non-refundable once maintenance has been completed.
Maintenance services may be postponed due to weather or other conditions that could affect the quality of the service.
A Modern Curb Appeal reserves the right to refuse or postpone service if the work area is unsafe, inaccessible, or altered in a way that prevents proper maintenance.
This Maintenance Plan is designed to preserve and protect your decorative concrete. It is not a warranty or an insurance policy and does not cover repairs or replacement due to damage, misuse, neglect, accidents, or acts of nature.
