Revitalize Your Creation Concrete Sealing Thank you for choosing A Modern Curb Appeal for your concrete sealing project! We appreciate the opportunity to protect and enhance your concrete surface. Below is a detailed overview of the professional sealing process included with your approved quote. Our goal is to ensure maximum durability, longevity, and curb appeal through proper preparation and premium sealing products. Our Concrete Sealing Process Includes: 1. Surface Evaluation We begin by inspecting the concrete for cracks, stains, previous coatings, and areas that may require special attention. This ensures we choose the best approach for a long-lasting seal. 2. Professional Cleaning Your concrete is thoroughly cleaned using professional-grade pressure washing to remove dirt, mildew, algae, old residue, and surface contaminants. This step ensures the sealer bonds properly. 3. Degreasing & Spot Treatment Any oil spots, rust, or stubborn stains are treated with targeted cleaners to lift and break down contaminants that may interfere with adhesion. 4. Crack attention (filler) Visible cracks or small surface imperfections are tended to with professional grade concrete filler or patching material to restore integrity and create a smoother finish before sealing. 4. Premium Sealer Application A high-quality, commercial-grade sealer is applied evenly across the surface. Depending on the project, we may use penetrating, acrylic, or wet-look sealers to achieve your desired finish and protection level. 5. Final Inspection Once the sealer is applied, we perform a full inspection to ensure even coverage, proper penetration, and a clean, professional result.

Cancellation Policy

We politely ask that all pets be put away for their safety. No accidental forever paw prints in your concrete unless you approve! Please turn off all irrigation and we also ask that you cut your grass and remove any debris from the work area including plastic, metal, pavers, or any other makeshift edging. " DO NOT DIG A TRENCH" Overlays and coatings please remove all furniture and items from the work area including cars, and toys. ****Please read**** IF A DEPOSIT IS NEEDED, PLEASE GIVE A ONE-WEEK NOTICE OF CANCELATION FOR A FULL RETURN OF THE DEPOSIT. We are only obligated to refund half of your deposit for non-returnable supplies, tools, and materials purchased to complete the job. FINAL PAYMENT IS DO IMMEDIATELY UPON COMPLETION OF THE JOB AND CUSTOMER MUST BE PRESENT WHEN JOB IS COMPLETE. Outstanding balances will accrue interest at 5% per month if not paid. We reserve the right to legal remedy by placing a mechanic lien on the home, all legal costs and expenses will be assessed and added to the invoice.
